Returns and Exchanges

Our portal below is for enquiries about:
- Returns and Exchanges for any reason including sizing
- Order errors (item missing, incorrect item)

Please do not submit orders problems such as:
- Return to sender
- Marked as Delivered, but hasn't been received
- Package is lost

For these problems, please e-mail us.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of boxers or sanitary items.

US returns are provided with a low cost USPS label. This cost is deducted from your refund.
This can be printed at home or you can use the QR code provided at the post office where the label will be printed for you.

Labels are valid for a month after your return submission.

Please DO NOT arrange your own shipping as you will not receive your refund.

Returns must be submitted through the portal within 90 days of receiving your order, shipping time is not included. After this time you will be unable to return your order.

RETURNS WITH SIGNS OF WEAR SUCH AS STAINS/SMELLS WILL BE REJECTED
If the tag has been removed please include this in the 'more details' section and we will still consider your item as a return.
