Royal Mail Industrial Action Updated 03/01/23

Due to strikes carried out by Royal Mail at the end of last year, many orders are still delayed in transit.

If you have not received your order due to the disruption, we ask UK customers to please allow 28 days for post to arrive, after which, if there has been no progress please contact us.

Our advice for international orders has not changed: to allow a month for delivery.

Please be aware some orders may display as 'Sender preparing item' but this is a standard default message for the Track & Trace and it is likely your order has been despatched but has not been scanned at a Distribution Centre.

We would like to take this moment to sincerely thank all of our customers for their support, patience and understanding at this time. All of our post remains Tracked so we would encourage customers to monitor updates on their post after it has been despatched with their Tracking number, which can be followed here https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

If you suspect your order has been significantly impacted or has possibly been lost, please e-mail us at info@spectrumoutfitters.co.uk and we will try to help in whatever way we can.

Our information is informed by the Royal Mail strike updates page.  There are currently no further planned strikes but it is possible more dates will be added.

This page will be updated as we learn more.
